The challenge I see with so many distributors is that they continue to run lean and do not have resources nor time to invest in innovation. How best can we help them address that challenge?

Hi Mary,

That’s a terrific question and one that is worthy of discussion. For me, innovation starts with ideas. Ideas require curiosity, discussion, and openness -- an investment of minds and time, not cash or assets. I have some ideas on how to pursue this as I start my second full year of writing here on Substack. Can we chat? Your feedback would be very much appreciated.
