Great article, I see safety benefits from understanding staff movements through sensors. If someone is acting erratically, we could keep an eye on them, make sure nobody gets hurt. And, managing human error is the holy grail if your game plan involves operational excellence. Would love active barcodes on all products so we could track everything, would be very interesting to see where it all travels too, and how some stuff ends up where it does.
