Great piece, Mark. Your thoughts on uplifting workers and communities really resonates - at C.H. Briggs we define our higher purpose as celebrating and championing the folks who design and build great spaces (and our co-workers who serve them) - there are so many incredible stories to tell!
Hi Julia - thank you for your comments! I'm working with a grad student on worker uplift. By night, he's working on a degree. By day, he's a talent manager with a focus on leadership. Our idea is that if we think of customers as workers, not users, we can identify ways to help them, and by extension, help their employers recruit, retain, engage, and motivate tradespeople, truckers, etc.
