Great set of practical examples. Design simulation tools that customers can make an appointment to use is a great way to build traffic.

Thank you, Mike. It seems to me that innovating physical stores is an untapped opportunity for B2B, especially if innovators can tap into other future of work trends around remote work, workforce ecosystems, continuous professional learning, etc.

It isn't a relevant example, but I go visit the office of my racing team to use their simulator to learn a new track. Now that I think about it I also usually sign up for another race weekend. Hhhmmnn...
